PURPOSE: A system for manufacturing a sound-absorbing pad is provided to reduce the production time of the present pad by carrying out a non-crosslinked extrusion molding, and to reduce the waste of industrial resources by recycling the wasted synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: The system for manufacturing a sound-absorbing pad includes: a raw-material tank(10), storing a wasted synthetic resin of a polyethylene system as a raw material; a recycling extruder(20), heating and compressing the raw material and extruding it to a determined size; a cooling bath(30), cooling and solidifying the heated and extruded raw material; a first cutter(40), cutting the solidified raw material to a desired size and shape; a meter(50), measuring an oil and additive to be mixed with the cut raw material; a mixer(60), mixing the measured oil and additive with the raw material; a foam maker(70), foaming the mixed raw material; a grinder(90), grinding the surface of the foamed pad; and a second cutter(110), the ground pad to a proper size.
