ASPHALT MODIFIER HAVING EXCELLENT SOLUBILITY TO ASPHALT, PROCESSABILITY AND SHELF STABILITY AND ASPHALT BLEND OBTAINED BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided is an asphalt modifier which has excellent solubility to asphalt, processability and shelf stability, improves physical strength including wear resistance, impact resistance and flow resistance, and permits recycling of aggregate regenerated from asphalt into high functional pavement. CONSTITUTION: The asphalt modifier comprises 100 parts by weight of a vinyl aromatic-conjugated diene block copolymer having a melt flow index of 15g/10 min or less, 0-100 parts by weight of an adhesive resin and 5-100 parts by weight of a processing oil, and further comprises 40 parts by weight or less of rubber based on 100 parts by weight of the total weight of the above three components. Particularly, the processing oil has an aromatic content of 20-60% and a dynamic viscosity of 70-900 mm2/s at 40 deg.C.
