PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing bulletins on the Internet are provided to enable a user to conveniently use a bulletin board by collectively registering/editing/removing the same bulletins in other bulletin boards. CONSTITUTION: If multi-registration for the bulletin is requested from the user(S140), a multi-registration code is assigned to the bulletin(S180). The user registers the bulletin having the multi-registration code to respective bulletin boards(S190). Collective management for the bulletin registered to the bulletin boards is performed by using the multi-registration code.
