PURPOSE: A mobile phone camera assembly and its fabrication method are provided to smoothly rotate a camera hold part and fix the camera hold part at a certain angle in photographing. CONSTITUTION: The first and second bushings(20,30) are formed separately either at a body housing(90) or at a folder(80) coaxially with a hinge axis(A-A'). A camera hold part(10) includes a camera lens, a CCD device, an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board)(15) for transmitting an image signal photographed by the CCD device, and a case for covering them, and is inserted between the first and second bushings(20,30) so as to be rotated centering around the hinge axis. An elastic member(60) is interposed between the first bushing(20) and the camera hold part(10) and elastically biases them.
