METHOD FOR PROCESSING A/S REQUEST OF PURCHASED GOODS USING FREQUENCY AND PATTERN

PURPOSE: A method for processing an A/S(After Service) request of purchased goods using a frequency and a pattern is provided to offer the quick and correct A/S by determining defect of the goods and cause of the defect based on a database patterning the defects according to the defect frequency. CONSTITUTION: An A/S processing system offers an input means for inputting a buyer ID to a buyer system(S110). The A/S processing system loads purchase history from the database, transmits it to the buyer system, and offers a selection means for selecting an A/S object included in the purchase history to the buyer system(S130). The A/S processing system searches a goods abnormality checker patterned for the goods from the database and transmits it to the buyer terminal(S150). The A/S corresponding to the goods abnormality checked by the goods defect checker is offered(S170).
