PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a waterproof layer rising part on a wall surface from rainwater, ultraviolet rays, solar heat, and the like easily at a low cost under high construction efficiency. SOLUTION: This waterproof layer rising end protective structure on the wall surface is provided with a protective fitting for fixing a waterproof layer rising end to the wall surface and shielding the end and its vicinity to prevent a degradation phenomenon caused by the infiltration of rainwater or ultraviolet rays, sunlight, or the like; a rising part of a waterproof layer covered with the protective fitting; and a locking fitting for fixing the rising part to the wall surface. The protective fitting comprises a sealing material holding part for allowing a filled sealing material to abut on the wall surface or the like; a cover part for covering the waterproof layer rising end between the wall surface and the cover part; and a connection part positioned between the sealing material holding part and the cover part to connect them. The locking fitting comprises a semispherical presser head brought into pressure contact with the rising part of the waterproof layer, and a plate provided with a claw part locked to the rising part of the waterproof layer.
