PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensitive material receiving and delivering device provided with an oscillating member for supporting a pair of holding rollers switchable between a crimping attitude for crimping the sensitive material and an open attitude for releasing the crimping and an oscillating operation mechanism for performing an oscillating operation for the oscillating member between a receiving posture for receiving the sensitive material from the exposure part and a receiving and delivering posture for receiving and delivering the sensitive material to a downstream side by reversing the sensitive material, to more surely receive the sensitive material from the exposure part. SOLUTION: The oscillating operation mechanism has a driving motor M1 for performing a rotating operation of the oscillating member 22. The pair of holding rollers have fixed rollers 23 rotatable around an axial center fixed to the oscillating member 22 and crimping rollers 24 displacing between the crimping posture and the open posture in relation to the fixed rollers 23. The crimping roller 23 has an operation member 27 for performing a displacing operation of the crimping roller, a crimping operation cam 30 having a cam surface abutting on a part 28 of the operation member 27, and a driving motor M2 for performing a rotating operation of the crimping operation cam 30.
