FIELD: medicine, neurosurgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with evaluating spondylodesis validity at surgical treatment of instability of vertebral column. The method deals with carrying out computed tomography of spondylodesis area to detect the coefficient of weakened roentgen radiation according to scanning lines followed by interpreting the data obtained. Moreover, one should fulfill scanning along the line passing not farther than 0.5 cm against the area of juncture of the edges of surfaces under fusion. At the coefficient value being 300 HU, not less, at the absence of resorption parts it is possible to diagnose the obtaining of stable spondylodesis. Application of the present innovation enables to prevent the development of the secondary instability of vertebral column. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics. ^ 2 dwg, 1 ex |
