<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diet food capable of erasing such an impression that the food seems to be a medicament and capable of being easily taken, by adding various kinds of flavor and making a full collection of tastes of the diet food so as to satisfy preference of an individual who takes the food, and further capable of promoting absorption of a medicinal component for dieting, by action of the flavor. <P>SOLUTION: This diet food is prepared by adding various kinds of the flavor thereto, so as to satisfy the preference of the individual who takes the food.
