PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cover bedding and to be used as an ottoman which has an excellent moisture diffusion property, whose contents are easily taken in and out without loosing shape and which can be used as another living instrument. SOLUTION: An ottoman cover used also as a Futon cover is constituted of: an upper cover part 11 formed roughly in a box shape with an open lower part and covering the upper part of a stored object 1; a flexible net-shaped side face ventilation part 12 attached to the lower edge of the upper cover part 11 and covering the side face of the stored object 1; an elastic net edge fixing part 15 attached near the lower part of the side face ventilation part 12 and tightened and fixed to the side face of the stored object 1; and a skirt part 13 attached to the lower edge of the cover part 11, covering the outer side of the side face ventilation part 12 in a non-close contact state and having at least its lower part opened. A mount 20 in a slatted board shape is provided on the lower side of the stored object 1 and the periphery of the mount 20 is tightened with the net edge fixing part 15.
