PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footwear with bands, allowing a person with a disabled hand to easily tighten the instep of the foot and the ankle by mating and sticking tips of two band pieces together, regardless of which one is on top of the other. SOLUTION: This footwear worn by mating, sticking and fastening left/right band pieces attached to the left/right edges of a bottom plate can be mated and stuck together, regardless of which one is put over the other, by providing either of female or male surface adhesive material faces 8 on the upper parts of the both left/right band pieces 3 and 4, and providing female or male surface adhesive material faces 9 opposite to the female or male of the surface adhesive material faces 8 of the upper parts, on the lower parts of both the band pieces 3 and 4. It is preferable that the surface adhesive material on the upper parts of the both band pieces 3 and 4 be set as a male piece and the surface adhesive material on the lower parts be set as a female piece.
