PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope administration system easily confirming the compatibility between an endoscope body and an attachment. SOLUTION: This endoscope administration system is so formed that the endoscope body 10 is attached with an identification code A, code information of the identification code A and information related to the endoscope body 10 attached with the identification code A are input in a central server, and the central server administrates the endoscope information according to identification code; the attachment 20 is attached with the identification code B, code information of the identification code B and information related to the attachment 20 attached with the identification code B are input in the central server, and the central server administrates the attachment information according to the identification code. This system obtains the endoscope information and the attachment information based on the respective code information of the identification code A attached with the endoscope body 10 and the identification code B attached with the attachment 20 and determines the compatibility between the endoscope body and the attachment.
