PURPOSE: A condenser of a tableware washer is provided to simplify the condensing structure by sucking in and condensing the water and the humid air, to increase condensing and drying performance by directly contacting the humid air with the water, and to save the water by storing and circulating the supplied cold water. CONSTITUTION: A condenser of a tableware washer comprises a condensing tank(26) disposed at one surface of the tableware washer and composed of an inlet hole(20) for sucking in the humid air from a tub of the tableware washer, a supply hole(22) for feeding the dry and cold air to the tub, a passage(34) formed between the inlet and supply holes to contact directly and move downward the humid air and the cold water, and a water falling pipe(24) disposed on the bottom side and a fan communicated with the inside of the condensing tank to flow the humid air of the tub to the condensing tank and supply the dry and cold air of the condensing tank to the tub. The inlet and supply holes are arranged at upper and lower ends of the condensing tank.
