PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid storage body which can maintain airtightness while reducing the number of components and the number of assembling man-hours. SOLUTION: A second sealing film F2 is thermally welded to a tip part R1 of an ink lead-out member 32b of an ink pack and an annular protrusion R2 which is provided on an ink case 31. Thus, a gap D, which is made between the member 32b and the ink case 31, can be closed from the outside of the ink case 31. Consequently, the airtightness of a space S in the ink case 31 is maintained, and pressure in the space S is increased, so that a force great enough to collapse the ink pack can be generated.
