PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool and a system for a simple and secure food/food material management which are easy to perform at general home. SOLUTION: Labels of "purchase", "unsealing", "cooking", "freezing", "unfreezing", and "expire date" by usage are made by activities of cooking wherein it is important to grasp dates from the point of view of food storage, and a consumer enters necessary data of dates etc., into the display labels and sticks them on individual food materials, foods, seasonings, etc., for food management. Further, sheet type labels and a writing tool are installed together as a set on the front door of flank of a refrigerator freezer functioning a food storage box at general home to make the food management easy and secure.
