PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow lance chip for cutting deposited metal, which spouts oxygen only in a particular direction and has no fear of leaking oxygen even without maintenance. SOLUTION: This blow lance chip comprises: a main body 10 having a feeding passage 17 for oxygen in the central part, and a feeding passage 15 and an exhaust passage 16 for cooling water on the perimeter; an oxygen-discharging opening 18 for spouting oxygen supplied through the feeding passage 17 for oxygen toward a particular direction, formed on one face of the main body 10; and a water pipe 19 arranged inside a hollowed bottom portion 11 in a lower side of the oxygen-discharging opening 18 in the main body, for forcibly cooling the bottom portion with cooling water that has been introduced from the feeding passage 15 existing in the portion having no oxygen-discharging opening formed thereon, into a deepest part of the bottom portion 11 of the main body. Thereby, the bottom portion 11 of the main body can be uniformly cooled and the blow lance chip does not require maintenance for a long period. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
