PURPOSE: A boot for a constant velocity universal joint and an apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to fabricate the boot in a compact size at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a boot for a constant velocity universal joint includes a division mold(51) for forming an external shape of a primary molding article. A core mold(69) is inserted into an end part(3) of a large aperture of the primary molding article formed by the division mold(51). An injection molding unit projects a melting material into a secondary molding space(43). The secondary molding space(43) includes a rear protrusion part molding space and a thin protrusion part molding part(43b) formed between the end part of the large aperture of the primary molding article and an outer surface of the core mold(69).
