摘要

The present invention provides an intraorally rapidly disintegrable tablet which rapidly disintegrates in the oral cavity without water and has a practical hardness, which comprises (a) a pharmacologically active ingredient with a water solubility of at least 1 mg/ml, (b) D-mannitol in the form of crystals or fine particles with primary particle average diameter of at least 30 mu m and a specific surface area of 0.4 m<2>/g or less, and (c) crospovidone.
