PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce entire expenditure required for using a service to the minimum even when there is a user desiring processing much limited kinds of requests. SOLUTION: First, a retrieval processing request 1 is provided to an arithmetic unit 101 on the service supply side from a first arithmetic unit 106 on the user side. In response to that, the arithmetic unit 101 of the service supply side determines whether or not a process request 3 should be provided to a second arithmetic unit 108 on the user side on the basis of the particularity of the processing contents. When the process request 3 is provided, the second arithmetic unit 108 performs a particular process and the process result 4 is returned to the arithmetic unit 101 on the service supply side. Next, a response 5 is returned to the first arithmetic unit 106 from the arithmetic unit 101 based on the process result 4.
