PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recorder in which even when a delivery fault occurs, an image defect can not be made apparent. SOLUTION: The inkjet recorder includes a conveying means for conveying a medium to be recorded by using a recording head having a plurality of nozzles each for discharging an ink and discharging the ink to the medium to be recorded to record, a driving pulse control means for controlling a driving pulse for discharging the ink from the nozzle of a line head, a non-delivery detecting means for specifying a non-delivery nozzle of the line head. The driving pulse control means increases a delivery energy given to the nozzle near the non-delivery nozzle specified by the non-delivery detecting means. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
