摘要

PURPOSE: An exhaust hood for a kitchen and a method for removing pollution adhesive materials in exhaust air by using the same are provided to maintain a clean exhaust hood for a kitchen and an exhaust duct of a building by exhausting only clean air by melting pollution adhesive components. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust fan element(10) is installed at a connecting duct(12) between a main exhaust duct and an exhaust hood. A hood body(30) is connected with the connecting duct and is arranged at a direct upper part of a kitchen table for exhausting exhaust air including smoke and vapor generated in cooking foods. A filtering element(50) is installed on an exhaust passing path inside of the hood body for filtering soot and oil components included in the exhaust air by a melting absorption method.
