PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication device capable of quickly coping with a problem that has occurred by reporting the content to an external communication terminal, when a problem is detected from information equipment mounted on a vehicle. SOLUTION: Since a report can be issued, when a measurement value reaches a warning condition by registering in advance the warning condition for detecting occurrence of a problem from the measurement value of an onboard information equipment, the problem occurring in the vehicle can be quickly coped with. Since a communication means is provided, the content of problem can be reported to an external communication terminal, even if the vehicle is not boarded, when problems occur.
