PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the posture of a vehicle by controlling the holding positions of a suspension spring. SOLUTION: When rolling occurs, an upper hydraulic chamber 58 of one of right and left hydraulic pressure generators 40, 42 is communicated with a lower hydraulic chamber 60 of the other. Working liquid is supplied from a lower hydraulic chamber 60 to an upper hydraulic chamber 58, and a spring holding member 56 is moved downward, so that a vehicle side member 12 is made to approach to a wheel side member 10. Vehicle height can be made low on either of right and left sides, so as to improve traveling stability of a vehicle. Also, when pitching occurs, the lower hydraulic chambers 60 are communicated with each other, and the upper hydraulic chambers 58 are communicated with each other. When the same load is applied to right and left wheels, the working liquid does not flow, so as to restrain change of the posture of a vehicle height, and restrain pitching.
