FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the first tibial osteotomy should be performed directly in area of synostosis developed, then it is necessary to bring tibial and fibular fragments together in osteotomic area, the second osteotomy should be performed being distally against the area of the first osteotomy, then comes correction of biomechanical axis: for this purpose one should conduct a dosed traction in area of the first osteotomy till the moment of no inter-fragmental fissure, in area of the second osteotomy it is necessary to perform angular shift of underlying fragment till elimination of deformation that normalizes biomechanical axis and restores limb's function. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 3 dwg, 1 ex |
