PURPOSE: A power folding actuator combining structure of an outside mirror is provided to improve quality defects generated by the assembly scattering of components and to prevent the combination failure of a motor and a gear unit by engaging a driving gear unit of the motor and a first gear unit across each other. CONSTITUTION: A power folding actuator is composed by combining a seal cover, a frame cove(2), a gear frame(3), a shaft(4), a motor(5) having a driving gear unit(5a), and a printed circuit board. The seal cover has an exposed shaft hole for receiving a wire from the outside and three combining holes(22) capable of joining with the gear frame. The frame cover is composed of a boss through-hole(23a) formed at the edge to improve the flatness of an assembling surface of the gear frame; a motor settling unit(23) for placing the motor to act thrust only in the vertical direction; a motor cover(24) protecting the upper surface of the motor placed on the motor settling unit; and a female unit(25) vertically fixing the printed circuit board. First and second gear fixing units(26,27) on which first and second gear units are placed are formed in a line on the inside of the gear frame. A bracket fixing through-pipe(29) and a boss(28) for guiding firm combination of the seal cover and the frame cover are arranged on the upside of the gear frame. The shaft has a circular body(31) having a combining projection(30) at the lower end to use the shaft in common regardless of the changes of bases for each kind of vehicles.
