<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for modifying a plastic molded article, by which affinity with a lubricant is imparted to the plastic molded article, and to provide a plastic molded article which can suitably be used even under severe using conditions. <P>SOLUTION: A crown type holder 14 formed from polyamide 66 reinforced with glass fibers is immersed in supercritical carbon dioxide containing a lubricant to apply a modification treatment for impregnating the lubricant into the surface of the crown type holder 14.
