METHOD OF REMOVING IMPURITY IN LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of suitably removing impurities in a liquefied petroleum gas at a liquefied petroleum gas filling station such as a self-service gas supply station. SOLUTION: The method of removing impurities in the liquefied petroleum gas comprises placing an adsorbent 21, 22 or 23 in at least one of (a) the passage A between the reception section 3 of a liquefied petroleum gas supply means 2 and a liquefied petroleum gas storage means 4, (b) the liquefied petroleum gas storage means 4, and (c) the passage B between the liquefied petroleum gas storage means 4 and a liquefied petroleum gas filling means 5 through which the liquefied petroleum gas passes at a liquefied petroleum gas filling station 1 to remove impurities in the liquefied petroleum gas by adsorption.
