PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal adjustment apparatus capable of reliably adjusting the mode of an object signal. SOLUTION: A signal adjustment apparatus 100 includes: a linear encoder 110 comprising a first moving section 111 and a second fixed section 122 separated from the first moving section 111 and detects the absolute position of a moving member 104; a linear encoder 120 comprising a second moving section 121 and a second fixed section 122 separated from the second moving section 121 and detects the relative position of the moving member 104; a memory IC 130 for storing positional information and adjustment information; and an arithmetic IC 140 for calculating the absolute position of the moving member on the basis of the positional information and adjusting the sound volume level of an audio signal on the basis of the adjustment information.
