PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric mat transpiration type aroma essential oil, scent, and aromatic fragrance and an electric mat aromatic fragrance transpirator which anyone can always use anywhere with a light heart and can enjoy the scent of aroma. SOLUTION: An electric heating transpiration type mat 1 which is permeated with a liquid of an aroma essential oil or a liquid of the other aromatic fragrance is set on the upper surface of the electric mat aromatic fragrances transpirator 2, and by heating it by a heater 9 of the transpirator, the liquid of the aroma essential oil or the liquid of the other aromatic fragrance is transpired. And the transpired aromatic fragrance is diffused to the inside of a room by forming a ventilating hole 4 on the upper surface and lower side face of the electric mat aromatic fragrance transpirator 2.
