PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin detergent composition exhibiting good foamability and detergent effect under washing, imparting moist feeling to the skin after washing, and exhibiting excellent effects in sustainability thereof. SOLUTION: The skin detergent composition contains (A) 5-25 mass% of one or more kinds selected from an N-acylglutamic acid-based detergent surfactant and/or a hydroxy ether carboxylic acid-based detergent surfactant, (B) 0.3-3 mass% of a cationized cellulose, and (C) 0.1-10 mass% of a polyoxypropylene-monoisopropanolamide of a higher fatty acid.
