PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery solid cosmetic such as foundation satisfying both of appearance quality and usability. SOLUTION: The powdery solid cosmetic comprises acrylic silicone-treated powder, spherical powder and synthetic phlogopite as powder components. Preferably, this powdery solid cosmetic is such that the product of the average coefficient of friction of the powder components except a colorant and the variation in the average coefficient of friction is 0.1-0.5.
