TRANSFER UNIT FOR FOLDING BOX

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer unit capable of smoothly and certainly storing an article by enabling development of an opening of a folding box while keeping the folding box at a proper position. SOLUTION: The transfer unit comprises a pair of upper and lower belts transfer means, and transfers the opened folding box between the upper and lower belt transfer means. Each of the upper and lower belt transfer means comprises a pair of locking projections for locking corner portions in the front/rear of the folding box. At least either one of the locking projection of the upper belt transfer means or the locking projection of the lower belt transfer means is structured to lock the corner portions of the folding box so as to separate the folding box from a belt surface at a specified interval.
