RECYCLABLE WOODY COMPOSITE MATERIAL, ITS MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of arranging elongated woody chips mixed with a binder in an almost length direction and capable of smoothly laminating a thick woody mat on a feed stand. SOLUTION: A plurality of plates are vertically provided on a conveyor feed device in parallel to a feed direction and a vibration means for vibrating a plurality of the plates is provided. Elongated woody material pieces having a length of 20-150 mm in a weight ratio of 70% or above are charged in the gaps between a plurality of the plates from above and almost arranged in the longitudinal direction thereof while passed through the gaps between a plurality of the plates to be laminated on the conveyor feed device. Side guide plates for holding both sides of the laminated woody material pieces are provided and the woody material pieces are fed to a pressing machine in a held state by the conveyor feed device.
