A method and a system for restraining a vehicle to a transport, the system having a first portion and a second portion rotatably coupled to the first portion and engaging a wheel of the vehicle. A locking mechanism is provided such when the first portion is engaged by the wheel it rotates into the seco nd portion and the locking mechanism is engaged and securely restrains the vehicle to the transport.
