<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means by which a processing cartridge which is freely attachably and detachably provided on the main body of an image forming apparatus and has a supply roller is recovered after use and the supply roller whose diameter has decreased due to use can be recycled. <P>SOLUTION: In the supply roller recycling method, the processing cartridge is recovered after use and the supply roller whose diameter has decreased due to use is recycled. An eccentric bearing is mounted in a bearing insertion hole made in a casing for mounting the bearing, the eccentric bearing having a mounting part fittable in the bearing insertion hole and a roller shaft insertion hole made such that its axis is eccentric from the axis of the mounting part. The roller shaft of the supply roller is inserted in the roller shaft insertion hole of the eccentric bearing.
