<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element of which life span is improved and characteristics are improved by reforming an anode and improving the stability of the organic electroluminescent element when forming the organic electroluminescent element. <P>SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element using an anode surface reforming layer, includes: a substrate; a first electrode formed on the substrate; a polymeric anode surface reforming layer composed of a kind of substance selected from a group consisted of a versatile polymer, heat resistant polymer and a fluorine group polymer having one or more of functional group formed on the first electrode as a soluble polymer; a light emitting layer formed on the upper part of the polymeric anode surface reforming layer; and a second electrode formed on the upper part of the light emitting layer. By the above, the organic electroluminescent element with improved performance and element life, not requiring expensive manufacturing facilities, is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
