PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jack device for straining a PC wire, which can correctly apply a desired compressive force to a concrete structure, and allows the operator to be located away from a hydraulic jack body to easily check an elongation strain quantity by himself. SOLUTION: The jack device is comprised of the hydraulic jack body 1 and a hydraulic control section 2. The hydraulic jack body is provided with a measurement section 16 for measuring a movement of a first piston 112, in interlock with the first piston 112. The hydraulic control section is configured such that the elongation strain quantity of the PC wire W is corrected, based on deformation data which is the difference between the movement of the first piston 112 and the elongation strain quantity of the PC wire W extending across the concrete structure B, and the movement of the first piston 112, a corrected value is displayed on an operation display section 21.
