PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection-molded plastic plate which reduces labor for obtaining injection molding conditions by devising the shape and surface shape of the plastic plate, prevents a weld line from standing out, suppresses the occurrence of an air trap, and is high in mold shape precision and transferred shape precision. SOLUTION: In the plastic plate 1, since a pair of side parts 5c and 5c of a frame region 5 in which no well 3 is formed has weak flow resistance to the flow of a resin in relation to a well forming region 4 in which lots of minute wells 3 are formed, a rough surface 7 is formed as a flow resistance increasing means in the frame region 5. In relation to the flow of the resin flowing to be separated from a gate 6 for injection molding in a cavity, flow resistance is acted even on a pair of the side parts 5c and 5c of the frame region 5 to make the flow velocity of the resin uniform.
