PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate electricity without needing an energy source such as fossil fuel without fear of environmental pollution, capable of purifying water from a recently polluted lake at low cost without installing a large-scaled dam. SOLUTION: When a structure such as one in the figure is made and water is added, pressure on a water feeding pipe gradually increases as the amount of water increases. When the pressure goes over a certain amount, water shoots above the water surface. Pressure on the water feeding pipe is kept from decreasing by returning the shooting water into a container.
