PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of excellently controlling the air-conditioning state on a rear side seat irrespective of the position of a front side seat. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioner comprises a rear seat air-conditioning system 6, an infrared ray temperature sensor 70b to detect the surface temperature of an area including an occupant in a rear seat in a non-contact manner, a seat position detection sensor S1 to detect the position in the longitudinal direction of a front seat, and an air-conditioner ECU 8 which selects a sensor cell to detect the temperature to be recognized as the surface temperature of the occupant in the rear seat out of sensor cells 71-76 to constitute the infrared ray temperature sensor 70b according to the detection position of the seat position detection sensor S1, and controls the rear seat air-conditioning system 6 to adjust the air-conditioning state on the rear seat side by using the temperature detected by the selected sensor cell.
