<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management system using work instructions that accurately convey the job content of each process to operators on a manufacturing line at the appropriate timing, while making it possible to quickly deal with changes in specifications and the job contents and to refer to or add operational information about products or information on a history of specification changes, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The work instructions 1 are provided with a display part 11 with a memory property to write and display the job content of each process to convey the job contents to the operators. The work instructions 1 have a storage part 12 therein. During each process, the job content displayed in the display part 11 is rewritten from the outside according to change instruction information. This change instruction information is written in the storage part 12.
