<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion generation component, an ion generation unit and an ion generation device capable of generating negative ions with a low application voltage. <P>SOLUTION: This ion generation component 4 includes: a ground electrode 42 and a high-voltage electrode 43 on an insulation substrate 41; an insulation film 44 formed on a surface of the ground electrode 42; and a linear electrode 45. The insulation substrate 41 is provided with a recessed part 41a by cutting out its one side. The root part of the linear electrode 45 is soldered to the high-voltage electrode 43, and its tip side is projected from the recessed part 41a. The linear electrode 45 is an extra-fine wire having a wire diameter below 100μm, and a piano wire, a tungsten wire, a stainless steel wire or a titanium wire is used for it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
