SOLID STATE IMAGING APPARATUS, CAMERA, POWER SUPPLY APPARATUS, AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state imaging apparatus or the like which prevents a wrong operation which selects an unselected column, in a MOS type solid state imaging apparatus having a circuit to decide a selection and a non-selection of the column by a VDD power supply. SOLUTION: A gate voltage of a reset means is prevented from swinging in a plus direction at the same time as usual thanks to a coupling capacity between the VDD power supply side and a gate of the reset means by extending a term to change the voltage of the VDD power supply from a low level to a high level in the MOS type solid state imaging apparatus. An electron to change a storage means to the non-selection does not therefore drop from the storage means to the VDD power supply side, a potential level of the storage means of the unselected column is prevented from becoming a plus potential, a detection means does not turn on, and the wrong operation to select the non-selected column is prevented.
