PURPOSE: A finger guarder is provided to protect fingers and the back of the hand from a knife in cutting, to quickly and accurately cut materials by holding directly the material with fingers and cutting the material at multiple angles, and to use freely by right-handed and left-handed operators. CONSTITUTION: A finger guarder is composed of a body(10); a finger inserting unit disposed in the rear side of the body to fit fingers; a font guide unit(11) installed in the front side of the body and formed with a guide surface for protecting the backs of the fingers and guiding a front cutting; a pair of side guide units(13) arranged at both lateral sides of the body oppositely to each other and formed with a guide surface for protecting lateral sides of the fingers and guiding a lateral cutting; a pair of oblique guide units(18) disposed oppositely to each other between the front guide unit and the side guide unit and formed with a guide surface for guiding an oblique cutting; an upper protection unit mounted at the upper part of the body to protect the back of the hand; a holder(20) facing an inner wall of the front guide unit at a predetermined gap and contacting with the palm of the hand to guide a motion together with the hands; a finger functioning unit formed by opening the inner bottom surface of the body to grip materials and guide a cutting motion; and a moving unit(19) disposed on the bottom side of the body to prevent hanging on the material and guide the smooth movement.
