<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce traffic accidents on intersection, etc. by showing a lovely moving doll to the drivers and occupants of oncoming automobiles in which stress is accumulated by traffic jams so as to provide them with relax and mental ease for mutual concession. <P>SOLUTION: A doll is installed on the external surface of a automobile through a pedestal 4.
