PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner excellent in low-temperature fixability, anti-hot-offset properties and storage stability as well as in transparency and in coloring properties of a full color image. SOLUTION: In the toner using a resin mixture of a crystalline resin and an amorphous resin as a binder resin, the crystalline resin contains <1 wt.% of a component insoluble in 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-propanol and has the maximum peak temperature 60-85°C of heat of fusion measured with a differential scanning calorimeter.
