PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem in which data whose both sides are occupied by configuration symbols of a second error corrction code with low detection capability has a problem that it has an inferior reliability cuased by the difference of error detection performance compared with the data sandwiched by a synchronizing signal and the second error correction code, and the problem of the restriction that the entire reliability is determined by the portion having the lowest reliability in a conventional data recording method that records two error correction codes and synchronizing signals by a prescribed interleave rule. SOLUTION: A data stream alternately interleaved the second error correction codes and the synchronizing signals with a first error correction code. The first error correction code has a first correction performance and encoded a user data, and a second error correction code has a second correction performance higher than a first correction performance and encoded control inforamtion, and the synchronizing signals.
