PURPOSE: A sliding/rotating type mobile communication device is provided to allow a user to perform picture call communication while looking at a mirror installed together with a camera lens module at a rear surface of a main body housing. CONSTITUTION: A main body housing(10) extends in a longitudinal direction. A sliding/rotating housing(20) is slidably moved to become close to or distant from the main body housing(10) in a state of facing an upper surface of the main body housing(10) along the longitudinal direction of the main body housing(10), is rotated to be close to or distant from the main body housing(10) in the state of facing the upper surface of the main body housing(10) after slidable movement, and is positioned in the 'T'-shaped form together with the main body housing(10) after the slidable movement and the rotational movement. The first display unit(212) is visually exposed always at the upper surface of the sliding/rotating housing(20). The first key array(111) is covered or visually exposed according to whether or not the sliding/rotating housing(20) is slidably moved, and includes a plurality of keys arranged at a certain portion of the upper surface of the main body housing(10). The second key array(110) is covered or visually exposed according to whether or not the sliding/rotating housing(20) is rotatably moved, and positioned at a certain portion near the first key array on the upper surface of the main body housing(10).
