摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact position/pressure measuring device having a simple operation algorithm for calculating the relative position and the pressure of an object, capable of extracting easily a target member from far, and measuring accurately in the noncontact state the relative position and the pressure of a point to be targeted by providing a target member hardly generating a shadow part from a stereoscopic structure of the target. <P>SOLUTION: A colored pattern of the target member includes a circular pattern having at least three parallel relations having different three-dimensional positions. This noncontact position/pressure measuring device is equipped with an image processing means for extracting the colored pattern of the target member from image data imaged by an imaging means, and an operation means for calculating each area and the center position of each area of the colored pattern extracted by the image processing means, and calculating the relative position and the relative pressure between the first and second objects based on the areas and the center positions of the areas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
