PROGRAM FOR SETTING CONNECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set logical connection between a plurality of apparatuses connected via a network.

SOLUTION: A plurality of apparatuses connected to the network respectively include at least one or a plurality of output plugs for transmitting one or a plurality of data streams or one or a plurality of input plugs for receiving one or a plurality of data streams. Each apparatus makes the data streams into a packet and transfers them to the other apparatus on the network by isochronous transfer. A connection setting program for setting the connection between a transmission source apparatus and a transmission destination apparatus includes a step for detecting a prescribed condition to automatically set logical connection; and a step for automatically setting the logical connection between one or a plurality of input plugs or output plugs which are respectively arranged in the apparatuses when the prescribed condition is detected.
